ملخص بحث: المباحث اللغويّة بين علماء الأصول وعلماء اللغة والبلاغة فإن هذه الدراسة أشارت إلى تعرض الأصوليين للمباحث اللغويّة والبلاغيّة، وتطورهذه العلاقة منذ المراحل المبكرة لعلم أصول الفقه، كما أوضحت أن فهم معاني الخطاب الشرعيّ مبنية في الأصل على فهم مكونات الخطاب اللغويّة والسياقيّة والدلاليّة، كما حاولت هذه الدراسة أن تلقي الضوء على التفاعل الاستمداديّ الأصوليّ اللغويّ، والذي كان واضحا في المباحث اللغويّة الأصوليّة، كما بينت هذه الدراسة أن متقدمي الأصوليّين لم يتوسعوا في التقسيمات والتعاريف المتخصصة على عكس ما وجداه عند متأخري الأصوليّين، حيث أنهم توسعوا توسعا كثيرا في هذه المباحث، كتوسعهم في علم الدلالات اللسانيّة ومباحث السياق، الذي أصبح أحد مناهج البحث المتصلة بعملية استنباط الأحكام . واشتملت هذه الدراسة على ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول تناول أهم الموضوعات والمباحث اللغويّة والبلاغيّة التي ذكرها الأصوليون في مقدماتهم ومسائلهم اللغويّة ،وأما الفصل الثاني فكان في المباحث اللغويّة بين علماء الأصول وعلماء اللغة والبلاغة، وجاء الفصل الثالث متناولا أهم المؤلفات المطبوعة، والتي اهتمت بالصلة والعلاقة بين علماء الأصول واللغة العربيّة. Philological Studies between Language and Rhetoric Scholars and Methodology (Usul) Scholars. ABSTRACT This study indicates the relationship between methodologists and language and rhetoric studies; the progress that this relationship has made since the early periods of Usûl al Fiqh: Methodology for Research and Knowledge in Islamic Jurisprudence; and it also indicates that comprehension of the Shar’i discourse can only be possible by understanding the components of contextual, linguistic and semantic discourse. The study, however, tries to shed light on the interaction between methodology and dictionary that has been seen at methodology and dictionary studies. This study reveals at the same time that the early period methodologists – unlike the recent methodologists – haven’t given wide coverage for analysis and identification of the methodology (Usûl) science in their works. Because they give wide coverage for both those issues and linguistic significance which is one of the research methods of gaining Shar’i provisions, and Siyaq (context) issues. The study consists of three sections: The first section emphasizes the most important linguistic and rhetoric issues that methodologists mention in their prefaces and linguistic subjects. The second part includes the linguistic issues between methodology scholars and language and rhetoric scholars. The third section handles the most important published works that have focused on the relationship between methodologists and Arabic language scholars. Praise be to Allah that leads us to success.
