الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور مشاتل المؤسسات لولاية بشار في تطبيق "برنامج الشركة" للمؤسسات الناشئة حيث يعد البرنامج أحد أهم مشاريع منظمة "إنجاز العرب" في ريادة الأعمال حيث يركز على عدد من العوامل الاساسية والمهمة كالابتكار، العمل الجماعي، التخطيط والاكتشاف، بدل الجهد والمنافسة، وهذا ما تجسد محليا من خلال تكوين ومرافقة ثلاث أفكار مشاريع ابتكارية (Safe life+ Be pro+EF Bright) لطلبة جامعة طاهري محمد ببشار عبر الحصص 11 حصة المبرمجة بمختلف دورات حياة المؤسسة. أستخدم المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وقد بينت التجربة أن مشتلة ورغم حداثتها والحواجز البيروقراطية فقد سهرت على تطبيق البرنامج بجلساته مما شجع الطلبة على الإصرار على تجسيد مشاريعهم ميدانيا. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of the business incubator of the state of Bechar in the implementation of the "company program" for emerging enterprises, as the program is one of the most important projects of the "Injaz Al-Arab" organization in entrepreneurship as it focuses on a number of basic and important factors such as innovation, teamwork, planning and discovery, instead of effort. And competition, and this is what is locally embodied through the formation and accompaniment of three innovative project ideas (Safe Life + Be pro + EF Bright) for Taheri Mohammed University students in Bashar through 11 classes programmed in the various life cycles of the institution. The descriptive and analytical approach was used to study. The experience has shown that it is a catalyst and despite its novelty and bureaucratic barriers, it has watched over the implementation of the program in its sessions, which encouraged students to insist on realizing their projects in the field.
