دور جودة التعليم العالي في الاستجابة لمتطلبات المحيط الاقتصادي دراسة ميدانية في بعض الجامعات الجزائرية

الملخص
ينقسم هذا البحث إلى جانبين، جانب نظري يتضمن التعليم ودوره في النشاط الاقتصادي، وجانب تطبيقي يتضمن استبيانا نهدف من خلال عملنا هذا الى دراسة دور جودة التعليم العالي في الاستجابة لمتطلبات المحيط الاقتصادي من خلال صمم لهذا الغرض وزع على عين تتكون من (100) مفردة، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة فقد استخدم تحليل الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري من خلال تفريغ بينات الاستبيان في البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS تضمن اسئلة خاصة ببعض ابعاد جودة التعليم العالي ككفاءة اعضاء هيئة التدريس وجودة الخدمة الجامعية، وقد تم التوجه بهذا الاستبيان الى عينة مكونة من (100) طالب جامعي كونه يمثل الزبون الاول للجامعة وذلك تفاديا لتجميل صورة الاستبيان عند التوجه به لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ومن اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها ان الاساتذة غير متحيزون في معاملتهم للطلبة، كما انهم يحفزون الطلبة على التعلم، وقدرنهم على ايصال المعلومات للطلبة، ولكن الاساتذة غير مهتمين بشكل كبير بتحديث دروسهم ونقل كل جديد لطلبتهم، وفيما يخص جودة الخدمات الجامعية وعلاقة الجامعة بالمحيط فمن بين النتائج المتوصل اليها رضا معظم الطلبة على الخدمات الجامعية الخاصة بتوفر المطاعم وخدمات الاقامة والنقل، اضافة الى كون الجامعة تساعد الطلبة على على تعلم كيفية التعامل مع المشاكل، وافتقار الجامعة للكتب والمراجع الحديثة، وعدم امتلاك المتخرجين من الجامعة للكفاءة لمواكبة سوق العمل وغيرها من النتائج المتوصل اليها من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية. The research is divided into two aspects: a theoretical aspect that includes education and its role in economic activity, and an applied aspect that includes a questionnaire. Through this work we aim to study the role of the quality of higher education in responding to the requirements of the economic environment by designing for this purpose the deployment of an eye consisting of 100 individuals, The analysis of the arithmetical mean and the standard deviation was used by unloading questionnaire data in the SPSS program. It included questions about some aspects of the quality of higher education such as faculty efficiency and quality of university service. This questionnaire was sent to a sample of 100 university students The most important results are that the teachers are not biased in their treatment of the students. They also encourage students to learn, and enable them to communicate information to the students, but the teachers are not very interested in updating their lessons. And the transfer of all new students, and with regard to the quality of university services and the relationship of the university in the ocean, among the results reached the satisfaction of most students on university services for the availability of restaurants and accommodation services and transport, in addition to the university helps students to learn how to deal with the Mash All, and the university's lack of modern books and references, and not having graduated from the University of efficiency to keep up with other reached them through this field study, the results of the labor market.
