حقوق الإنسان في الرسالات السماوية

الملخص
البحث يتحدث عن “حقوق الإنسان”، وهو مصطلح حديثٌ لفظا وصيغة، قديمٌ معنى واعتبارا، فمنذ وجود البشرية على سطيحة الأرض ظهر الكلام عن حقوق الإنسان والحفاظ عليها، وعدم المساس بها اعتداء أوتفريطا، واتفقت الكتب السماوية بما فيها الكتاب الخاتم المعجز الخالد على بيانها. كما يتحدث عن حال الإنسان الذي جعله ربّه سبحانه وتعالى مكرَّمًا مفضَّلًا، والذي كان يُرْجى منه أن يكون أنيساً في قومه ومجتمعه، يسعى لراحته وراحة الآخرين، ويحرص على مصلحته ومصالح الآخرين، لكن واقعه يخالف مأموله، حيث لا يهمّه إلا أمرُه، ولا يُشغله إلا شأنه، ولا تعنيه إلا مصلحته ولو على حساب الآخرين، مما أدى إلى نزاعٍ في الحقوق، وصراعٍ في المصالح، وصدامٍ في تحقيق المطالب. فجاءت الرسالات السماوية والتوجيهات الربانية من الخالق الكريم، كما جاءت المساعي البشرية والدساتير الوضعية – ممن تجاهلوا الرسالات السماوية – للقضاء على هذا النزاع، والتغلب على هذا الصراع، ليعيش سائر الناس في أمن وأمان وسعادة وسلام. The research talks about “human rights”, which is a modern term, word and formula, old with meaning and consideration. Since the existence of mankind on the surface of the earth, speech has appeared about human rights and their preservation, and not to prejudice them as aggression or falsity. He also talks about the condition of the person whom his Lord Almighty has made honorable and preferred, and who was hoped to be gentle in his people and society, striving for his comfort and the comfort of others, and keen on his own interests and the interests of others, but his reality contradicts his aspiration, as only his affairs concern him, and only his affairs concern him. It is only concerned with his own interest, even at the expense of others, which led to a conflict of rights, a conflict of interests, and a clash in the fulfillment of demands. Heavenly messages and divine directives came from the noble Creator, just as human endeavors and man-made constitutions - those who ignored the heavenly messages - came to eliminate this conflict and overcome this conflict, so that all people could live in security, safety, happiness and peace.
