المصطلح العقديّ والتطوّر الدلالي ـــ رؤية اجتهاديّة ـــ وصف وتحليل

الملخص
جاء هذا البحث ليعالج موضوع المصطلحات العقديّة من حيث دلالاتُها المعرفيّة، وذلك بتتبّع المسار الاجتهاديّ الذي أثّر في تحديثها وتطوّرها عبر الأزمة المتلاحقة، وما مدى تأثير العوامل المعرفيّة في ذلك، لنعرف بعدها مآل تلك اللمسات الاجتهاديّة التي وسّعت من دائرة المعاني العقديّة المنطوية تحت مسمّى تلك المصطلحات. وإنّ الدرس الكلاميّ المعاصر لفي حاجة ماسّة إلى تأليف معجم كلاميّ يقتفي أثر البصمات الاجتهاديّة التي عرفتها تلكم المصطلحات العقديّة، حتى نغرس في عقل الباحث المعاصر روحَ الاجتهاد؛ ورحابةَ الصدر لقَبول الرأي الآخر. This article came to address the subject of the doctrinal terms in terms of their epistemological connotations, by tracing the discursive path that influenced their modernization and development through the successive crisis, and the extent of the influence of cognitive factors in that, so that we know the outcome of those discursive touches that expanded the circle of ideological meanings involved under the name of those terms. The contemporary doctrinal lesson is in dire need to compose a verbal dictionary that traces those discretionary imprints that these doctrinal terms have known, so that we instill in the mind of the contemporary Muslim the spirit of ijtihad, And open-mindedness to accept the dissenting opinion.
