Faced with a globalization of which one of the main trends today is the globalization, which is none other than Americanization, of culture, what future to predict for national cultures, especially those of a Third World today, more than ever behind the craftsmen of this globalization? Attached fiercely, as they are, to their identities whose culture and the national language (s) constitute the main supports, these countries will be able to integrate, without denying, this globalization whose declared objective is the extirpation Attitudes and behaviors, the very notions of national identity and culture as well as those of the nationstate to which they serve as bases? Will they be able to build up, and under what conditions, a new philosophy of culture capable of renewing their national consciousness and thus allowing them to integrate this globalization by their cultural originality, while remaining themselves? It is to such questions and so many others, that this communication proposes to answer.
