الملخص

Résumé : La présente étude vise à aborder fonctionnement psychosomatique d’un patient atteint du cancer de la prostate ; une exploration à partir du point de vue de J-B Stora, fondateur de la théorie psychosomatique intégrative. Notre approche est clinique basée sur l'étude de cas, où nous avons rencontré un cas d'un homme de 48 ans atteint d'un cancer de la prostate. Nous avons appliqué avec ce cas un entretien clinque semi directif et la grille d'évaluation du risque psychosomatique de J.-B. Stora. Dans nos résultats, nous avons constaté la fragilité du fonctionnement psychosomatique chez notre cas. Notre étude vise surtout à expliquer, à travers ce cas, l'approche intégrative et de montrer son utilité. Abstact : The present study aims to address psychosomatic functioning of a patient with prostate cancer; an exploration from the point of view of J-B Stora, founder of integrative psychosomatic theory. Our clinical approach is based on the case study, where we encountered a case of a 48-year-old man with prostate cancer. In this case, we applied a semi-directive clinical interview and J.-B. Stora's psychosomatic risk assessment grid. In our results, we noted the fragility of psychosomatic functioning in our case. Our study aims above all to explain, through this case, the integrative approach and to show its usefulness. Key words: integrative psychosomatic, prostate cancer, psychosomatic functioning
