الملخص

ملخص: نحاول في هذا البحث ان نوضح اسباب الخلاف بين البلدين المعنيين تجاه اقليم كشمير مع ذكر الحجج التي يطرحها كل بلد في احقيته بضم كشمير الى بلده، بالإضافة الى الاهمية الاستراتيجية التي يتمتع بها الاقليم لكلا البلدين، وتاريخ نشأة هذا الصراع وتداعيات الحلول المقدمة له وصولاً الى مستقبل الصراع، وذلك من خلال اتباع المناهج العلمية الرصينة واهمها المنهج التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي وصولاً الى المنهج الاستشرافي لدراسة صورة المستقبل. Abstract: In this research, we try to clarify the reasons for the disagreement between the two countries concerned with regard to the region of Kashmir with mentioning the arguments put forward by each country regarding its eligibility to annex Kashmir to its country, in addition to the strategic importance that the region enjoys for both countries, the date of the emergence of this conflict and the implications of the solutions provided to it in order to reach a future. The conflict, by following the sober scientific methodologies, the most important of which are the historical and analytical method, leading to the forward-looking approach to studying the image of the future.
