أثر جائحة كورونا على عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني-مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر جائحة كورونا على عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني، وكذا واقع هاته العمليات في الجزائر في ظل هذه الجائحة، حيث تعيش أغلب دول العالم بما فيها الجزائر على وقع جائحة كورونا التي تعد أزمة صحية تعدت تأثيراتها الأنظمة الصحة وامتدت لتشمل مختلف المجالات خاصة في ظل سرعة انتشار الفيروس، صعوبة السيطرة عليه وكذا عدم توفر علاج أو لقاح مؤكد له، حيث كان لها تأثير على عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن لجائحة كورونا تأثير إيجابي على عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني التي عرفت ارتفاعا في ظل هاته الجائحة مقارنة بفترات سابقة، حيث ساهمت هذه الجائحة في توجيه العملاء نحو الدفع الإلكتروني لأنه يساهم في الحد من تداول الأوراق النقدية والعملات المعدنية التي قد تحمل الفيروس، أي التقليل من خطر العدوى عبر هذه الأخيرة من جهة، كما يساهم في التقليل من التنقل والاحتكاك بين الأفراد مما يخفض من خطر العدوى بينهم من جهة أخرى. This study aims to determine the impact of corona pandemic on electronic payment operations, as well as the reality of these operations in Algeria in the light of this pandemic, where most countries of the world, including Algeria, know a health crisis called the Corona pandemic that has affected not only health systems but also different fields, especially in light of the rapid spread of coronavirus, the difficulty of controlling it, as well as the unavailability of a proven treatment or vaccine for it, and it had also an impact on electronic payment operations. The study found a number of results, the most important, is that the Corona pandemic has a positive effect on electronic payment operations, which have increased during this pandemic compared to previous periods, as this pandemic has contributed to directing customers towards electronic payment operations and to limiting the circulation of banknotes and coins that may carry the virus, and thus reducing the risk of infection through this latter on the one hand, and also contributes to reducing movement and contact between individuals, which reduces the risk of infection between them on the other hand.
