تأثير النفايات الإستشفائية على البيئة والمجتمع

الملخص

الملخص: تعتبر التنمية احدى الوسائل للارتقاء بالإنسان ولكن ما حد ث هو العكس تماماً حيث أصبحت التنمية هي إحدى الوسائل التي ساهمت في استنفاذ موارد البيئة وإيقاع الضرر بها بل واحداث التلوث بها حيث تتراوح التكلفة الاقتصادية لعملية الإصلاح في البلدان المتقدمة ما بين 3% و5% من الناتج القومي الإجمالي على الرغم من هذه الدول تستخدم هذا الأنفاق على انه استثمار ضروري يحقق عوائد ضخمة ويمكننا تحديد المجالات الأكثر شيوعاً في عمليات التنمية وان لم تكن بشكل مباشر والتي تؤثر على البيئة ولان الوسط الحضري يعتبر البيئة المستحدثة للإنسان وكل نشاطاته فهو يؤثر ويتأثر بها، ويساهم بشكل كبير في تنمية البيئة او الالحاق بالضرر بها و تختلف مخلفات الانسان باختلاف نشاطاته ، ومن اهم المشاريع التنموية بروز منظمة الصحة العالمية و اعطائها برنامجا للنهوض بقطاع الصحة والعمل ببنود وفق مبدا واحد وموحد عالميا. تعتبر المستشفيات احد اهم الهياكل التي تحتوي الداء و الدواء المرض و العلاج والرعاية الصحية فهو المكان الذي يمارس فيه الطب والذي عرف تقدما و تطورا ملحوظا كان له الاثر الايجابي على سائر المجتمعات و ذلك في المحافظة على صحة الانسان و محاربة الامراض المختلفة و بكل انواعها مما يمنح له الاحساس بالأمن و يساعده في تفريغ طاقاته بأشكال مختلفة من ابداع وتقدم لمجتمعه وبلده الا ان للطب كذلك اثار سلبية تتمثل فيما مترتب عليه من تلويث للبيئة بمختلف النفايات الطبية التي تؤدي الى اصابة افراد المجتمع بأضراره الخطيرة و المميتة في اغلب الاحيان. كما تختلف هذه النفايات الطبية من الابر و الحقن و القطن والشاش و كذا العينات الملوثة بسوائل ودماء المرضى و احيانا مخلفات اشعاعية و اعضاء بشرية....الخ ولان هذه المخلفات مصدرها المريض لذا فهي تحتوي على فيروسات وفطريات مما دعي العديد من المنظمات الدولية و الاقليمية ومن بينها الجزائر الى اعطاء اهمية كبيرة لهذه المشكلة العويصة وذلك من خلال البحوث و الدراسات و المسؤوليات وحملات التوعية على مستوى المجتمع و المستشفيات للحد من انتشارها. الكلمات المفتاحية: .النفايات الإستشفائية، التلوث، المستشفى، البيئة Summary: Development is considered one of the means for the advancement of the human being, but what happened is the exact opposite where development has become It is one of the means that contributed to depleting environmental resources, causing damage to them and even causing pollution to them The economic cost of the reform process in developed countries ranges between 3% and 5% of the output GNP despite these countries use these tunnels as a necessary investment that brings returns Huge and we can identify the most common areas in the development process, although not directly that affect On the environment, because the urban environment is considered the new environment for man and all his activities, it affects and is affected by it, It contributes significantly to developing the environment or causing harm to it, and human waste varies according to its different activities.
