الملخص

Ashkalija communities which we stand in this article is why I was thinking of a agricultural rooms in Algeria? What programs are the ruler and the extent of their effectiveness in employment? The agricultural activity is the concern of the French administration statute, was keen to encourage adventurers first investment in this area, and this continued encouragement after it claimed responsibility for the settlement policy, through the granting of a group of privileges for each willing to emigrate and stability in Algeria, however encouraging the defiant in this activity a group of problems which stand as an obstacle in front of its development.
