الملخص
Interest has expanded in books of ANAWAZIL fiqhia by taking it as a new source in historical writings which go beyond the traditional ones. However , there are numerous difficulties which are Still facing researchers in this tendency. The aim of this article is to shed light on some of these difficulties as the problematic of resident of the question in ALNAZILA in time and place ,as well as the difficulties of dealing with concepts and notions of ANAWAZIL text. This article suggests a set of methodic step to overcome these difficulties , and fulfil the maximum benefits from the content of ANAWAZIL texts.
