الكفاية الاستراتيجيّة والتّعليم التّواصلي للّغة العربيّة

الملخص
تؤدي استراتيجيات التّعليم دورا مهما في تسهيل عملية التّعلّم اللغوي. ذلك أنّ أهم غايات العملية التّعليمية هي مساعدة المتعلّم على اكتساب المعارف المختلفة بالطرائق الملائمة لنوعية هذه المعارف. لذلك ترمي هذه الدّراسة إلى التّركيز على كيفية تمكّن المعلّم من أداء دور فعّال في هذه العملية، وذلك عن طريق تمَثُّلِه لجملة من الاستراتيجيات والطّرائق التي تجعل تعليم اللغة العربية تعليما ناجحا. ونظن أنّ من عوامل نجاح التّعليم وتحقيق مقاصد المنهاج التّعليمي هو ارتكازه على كفايتين يمكن اعتبارهما من أهم الكفايات التي تمنح تعليم اللغات فاعلية وحيوية، هما الكفاية التّواصلية والكفاية الاستراتيجية في ظل تطوّر تقني وتكنولوجي رهيب؛ ذلك أنّ هاتين الكفايتين تمكّنان المتعلّم من استعمال اللغة في وضعيات خطابية مختلفة. وبذلك يصير الصّف الدّراسي في حصص اللغة العربية صفا مُنتِجا ومتفاعلا يقوم على التّحاور والتّخاطب إذا تمكّن المعلّم من استغلال الكفاية الاستراتيجية بشكل جيّد. Abstract: Title: Strategic competence and Arabic teaching communication Teaching strategies play an essential role in facilitating the linguistic learning process. The most important goal of the teaching process is enabling the learner to acquire different knowledge in ways appropriate to the quality of this knowledge. This study aims to focus on how the teacher can play an active role in this process by representing a range of strategies and methods that make the teaching of Arabic successful. We believe that one of the factors of the success of teaching and the achievement of the curriculum’s goals is the fact of being based on two competences: The competence of communication and the competence of strategy are very important in the shadow of a great technical and technological development. These two competences enable the learner to use the language in different communication situations. Thus, the classroom becomes during Arabic classes a distinct and an interactive classroom based on dialogue and communication if the teacher uses the competence of strategy efficiently.
