النظرة الإنتقائية الغربية لمفهوم الإرهاب وتأثيرها على حركات المقاومة الفلسطينية - مقاربة ترامب أنموذجاً -

الملخص
لقد كان لتأثير النظرة الإنتقائية الغربية، تجاه العالم الإسلامي وربطه بالإرهاب خاصة بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001، دوراً فعالاً وبارزاً على الساحة الدّولية، وتحريك الأوضاع خاصة منها السياسية ويمكن القول على أنّ هذه الأحداث كانت فقط تمثل " الفرصة الغربية " من أجل اتوجه نحو الإسلام والمسلمين واتهام الدين الإسلامي بأنه، مصدر كل عنف ورعب كما وصفته العديد من الأطراف والجهات الغربية الرسمية وغير الرسمية، فالنظرة الغربية السلبية تجاه العالم الإسلامي ليست وليدة الساعة بل لها جذورها في عمق التاريخ؛ وكانت أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 هي فقط المحرك الأساسي لقلب موازين القوى بين الغرب والشرق، الأمر الذي انعكس على حركات المقاومة والتحرير في العالم الإسلامي، خاصة منها حركات المقاومة الفلسطينية ووصفها واتهامها بأنها تمثل شكل من أشكال الإرهاب ومما زاد الوضع سوءاً في السنوات الأخيرة ما صدر عن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من قرارات رسمية التي كان لها التأثير الفعّال على النظرة الغربية تجاه الإسلام، ومن أهم هذه القرارات ما يعرف ب " مشروع ترامب " أو ب " صفقة القرن "، والتي تحمل في طياتها كل ما يصف الإسلام عامة وحركات المقاومة الفلسطينية خاصة بالإرهاب. وعليه فإنّ هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى محاولة التعرف إلى تأثير النظرة الغربية على حركات المقاومة الفلسطينية على ضوء صفقة القرن. الكلمات المفتاحية: الغرب ;الإسلام ; الإرهاب ؛ المقاومة الفلسطينية؛ مشروع ترامب؛ صفقة القرن. Abstract : The western selectivity view to the Muslim World and Linked to terrorism , especially after the September 11, 2001 events; has had an effective and prominent role in the international arena to move the situation, especially political ones, it can be said that these events were only the “ Western opportunity “ to move towards Islam and Muslims and to accuse the Islamic religion of being the source of all violence, and horrer as described by many official western parties and non official. The negative western viw of the Muslim world is not the result of the moment, but it has its roots in the depth of history, The September 11, 2001 events were only the principale motive for torning the balance of power between the West and the East; which was reflected on the resistense movements and liberation in the Islamic word, especially The Palalastinian resestense and describing it as a form of terrorism, the situation has worsened in the recent years from what was issud by the United State of America off official decisions, had an effective influence on the western viw of Islam, the most important of these decisions is what is known as the “ Trump Project “ or the “ Century Deal “ which carries with it all that describes Islam in general and especially Palastinian resistense movements with terrorism, in order to encircle and liquidate the Palastanian cause therefore. These study aims to trayng to identify the impact of the western viw on the palastanian resistense movements in light of the Century Deal .
