واقع النقل بالحاويات في الجزائر ودوره في النقل متعدد الوسائط في ظل المنظومة اللوجستية.

الملخص
يعتبر النقل أحد الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الاجتماعية، ومن بين أهم فروعه النقل البحري كأحد المرتكزات الأساسية للنقل الدولي لما يوفره من اقتصاديات الحجم والتكلفة المنخفضة المتعلقة بحركة السلع والخدمات عبر الدول، حيث يساهم بأكثر من 80% من نشاط التجارة الدولية، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع النقل بالحاويات عبر الموانئ الجزائرية بحكم الموقع الجغرافي المتميّز للجزائر في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الجهود المبذولة من طرف السلطات الجزائرية في إطار توفير متطلبات هذا النوع من النقل، وكذا تتبع مسار تطوره خلال الفترة (2010-2018). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدولة الجزائرية قد أبدت اهتماما كبيرا بقطاع النقل بالحاويات عبر البحر من خلال اتفاقيات الشراكة المبرمة مع المستثمرين الأجانب والتي انعكست إيجابا على زيادة كفاءة أنشطة الموانئ الجزائرية، ولكنها لا تزال ضعيفة وتتطلب المزيد من التحسين والتطوير للارتقاء بها إلى مستوى المعايير الدولية مما يسمح لها بتحقيق ميزة تنافسية دولية. Transportation is one of the main pillars of economic and social development. It is one of the most important maritime transport branches, as it provides a platform for international transport, given its economies of scale and low cost related to the movement of goods and services across countries. It contributes more than 80% to international trade activity. This study aimed to highlight the reality of container transport through Algerian ports by virtue of Algeria’s distinguished geographical location in the Mediterranean region by highlighting the efforts made by the Algerian authorities in providing this type transportation, as well as tracking its evolution in the period 2010-2018. The study concluded that the Algerian state has shown great interest in container shipping by sea through the partnership agreements concluded with foreign investors. These agreements reflect positively on increasing the efficiency of Algerian port activities, but they are still weak and require further improvement and development to raise then to international standards, which allows them to achieve international competitive advantage..
