الفساد وثنائية المال والسلطة: دراسة حالة مصر-2000-2011 –

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثارة إشكالية تتعلق بتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين المال والسلطة ومدى ارتباطها بظاهرة الفساد بالتطبيق على دولة مصر، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على فترة ما بعد الانفتاح الاقتصادي، أين عرفت الحياة السياسية لهذا البلد عملية تجديد رئيسية، تزايد على إثرها دور رجال الأعمال في التأثير على عملية صنع القرار، ونشوء علاقات بينهم وبين دوائر السلطة، اتخذت الكثير منها طابعا مشبوها، كشفت الدراسة أنه أحد أسباب الفساد المستشري في البلد. This study aims to raise a problem related to determining the nature of the relationship between money and power and the extent of its link to the phenomenon of corruption in application to the state of Egypt, by shedding light on the period after the economic openness, where the political life of this country defined a major renewal process, and as a consequence the role of businessmen in influencing an increase On the decision-making process, and the emergence of relations between them and the circles of power, many of which took a suspicious character, the study revealed that it is one of the causes of rampant corruption in the country.
