الملخص
الملخص: جلب التطور الصناعي أخطار عديدة تلحق أضرارا بالمستهلكين خصوصا الأطفال, في غذائهم وألعابهم الترفيهية وأدواتهم المدرسية, حيث يضاف لهذه المواد الاستهلاكية عند تصنيعها عناصر ذات مصادر كيميائية أو إشعاعية مسرطنة وخطيرة تؤثر سلبا علي سلامتهم الصحية, فتسبب لهم عاهات وجروح وحروق وأمراض مميتة. لهذا ألزم المشرع علي كل المتدخلين في العملية الإنتاجية بضمان سلامة المنتجات من الأخطار ذلك باحترام المعايير المحددة للمواد المضافة للأغذية وكذا مواد تصنيع الألعاب ومقاساتها وأشكالها, بحيث توفر الحماية للمستهلك من هذه المنتجات الصناعية الحديثة. Abstract: Industrial development presents many dangers to consumers, especially children, related to food, recreational games and school equipment, as well as chemical, radioactive and carcinogenic sources that seriously affect health and are responsible for injuries, burns and fatal diseases. Therefore, the legislator has asked all producers involved in the production process to ensure the safety of theproducts against hazards by respecting the specific criteria of food additives, as well as the materials, size and shape of the games, in order to protect the consumer of these modern industrial products.
