الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة أثر التشيخ السكاني على التوازن المالي لنظام التقاعد في الجزائر، حيث أن انخفاض معدلات الخصوبة والارتفاع في أمل الحياة نتج عنه ارتفاع عدد المسنين هذه الظاهرة المسماة بالتشيخ انعكست بدورها على النظام الوطني للتقاعد في الجزائر القائم على التوزيع الذي يجعله أكثر عرضة للتغيرات الديمغرافية والاقتصادية . Abstract: This article aims to study the effect of population aging on the financial balance of the pension system in algeria. The decline in fertility rates and the rise in the hope of life resulted in an increase in the number of elderly . This phenomenon, known as aging, was reflected in the national system of retirement in Algeria, which is subject to distribution which makes it more vulnerable to demographic and economic changes Résumé : Cet article vise à étudier l'impact du vieillissement de la population sur l'équilibre financier du système de retraite en Algérie, Comme la baisse des taux de fécondité et la hausse de l'espérance de vie ont entraîné une augmentation du nombre de personnes âgées, ce phénomène s'appelle le vieillissement et reflète le système national de retraite basé sur la répartition, ce qui le rend plus vulnérable aux changements démographiques et économiques.
