الملخص
لقد أتاحت التكنولوجيا التعليمية وتقنياتها المساعدة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة فرصا معتبرة، على اختلاف انواع هذه الفئات العمرية أو طبيعة احتياجاتهم وكسرت الحواجز امامهم في البيت والمدرسة والعمل والأماكن العامة. فقد مكنتهم أن يعيشوا حياتهم بصورة طبيعية في كثير من الأحيان وجعلتهم ينخرطون في مجتمعاتهم بصورة مُرضية منتجين فيها لا عالة عليها، ومن هنا جاء هذا المقال لإبراز استخدامات التكنولوجية التعليمية الحديثة في تعليم فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة التي تساعدهم عل التكيف مع البيئة التعليمية ومتطلباتها، وتوفر لهم فرصة الحصول على نفس نوعية التعليم التي يحصل عليها أقرانهم الأسوياء. Summary: The educational technology and its technologies have opened to assist people with special needs of different age groups or the nature of their needs. The doors and barriers were broken in front of them at home, school, work and public places. It has enabled them to live their normal lives often and made them engage in their societies satisfactorily as productive producers. It is here that this article highlights the uses of modern educational technology in educating the special needs group that helps them adapt to the educational environment and its requirements, And provide them with the same quality of education as their peers. Abstract : La technologie éducative et ses technologies ont été fourni des occasions pour aider les personnes ayant des besoins particuliers de différents groupes d'âge ou la nature de leurs besoins, les portes et les barrières étant brisées devant eux à la maison, à l'école, au travail et dans les lieux publics. Il leur a permis de vivre leur vie naturellement et les a souvent fait participer à leurs sociétés de manière satisfaisante les producteurs en eux ne sont pas dépendants d'eux, De là, cet article est de mettre en évidence les utilisations technologiques de l'enseignement moderne dans l'éducation des personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux qui les aideront à adapter à l'environnement Al éducatif et de ses besoins, et leur donner la possibilité de recevoir la même qualité de l'éducation reçue par leurs pairs non handicapés
