نحو مقاربة استراتيجية لظاهرة الإرهاب في المجتمعات العربية

الملخص
يقارب هذا البحث ظاهرة الغلو في سياق بناء معالجة استراتيجية لها انطلاقا من دراسة نقدية لمشاريع المعالجة السائدة الآن عالميا وإقليميا ومحليا المنحصرة في المقاربة الأمنية والإعلامية دون غيرها من جوانب أخرى وجبت مراعاتها. وعمدة هذه المعالجة الاستراتيجية لظاهرة الغلو فلسفة الحوار التي تنتظم مختلف تفاصيل المعالجة، وذلك من خلال محورين اثنين أحدهما تقويمي يتوخى تقويم المقاربات الحاصلة للظاهرة غربيا وعربيا، والثاني تنظيري يقترح جملة مبادئ متناسقة ومتكاملة تشكل في مجموعها استراتيجة المعالجة لهذه الظاهرة.
