الملخص
The city of Mascara like the other Algerian cities in famous of its different architectural facilities, which date back to the Ottoman period including religious and educational ones that made Mascara the capital of an important scientific and educational center that attracted scientist and science students from various nearby and remote regions. These scientific centers have fully achieved their missions. So the appearance of these eventers was strong motivation for the dissemination of education among members of the community.
