الملخص
ملخص: أغلب الدراسات القانونية في مجال وضع دساتير الدول ، تثبت أن الدول المستعمرة أو الدول التي كانت خاضعة للتبعية بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية ، لاسيما منها البلدان العربية اكتفت فقط بنسخ القواعد الدستورية الأساسية الموجودة لدى الدولة المستعمرة ، من دون أن تمعن النظر جديا في البدائل الممكنة ، تتكامل مـع نمـط الشعوب ، باحترامها التخطيط و ترسيخ الحكم الديمقراطي المـبني على حمايـة حقـوق و حـريات الآخرين و مبدأ المشاركة في التوجهات السياسية ، الأمر الذي كان سببا في جعل هذه الدساتير في مراحل انتقالية من فترة الى فترة أخرى . Abstract: Most legal studies in the field of state constitutions prove that colonial countries or countries that were subject to dependency after the Second World War, especially Arab countries, were satisfied with only copying the basic constitutional rules existing in the colonial state, without giving careful consideration to possible alternatives, It integrates with the pattern of peoples, by respecting planning and establishing democratic rule based on protecting the rights and freedoms of others and the principle of participation in political trends, which was the reason for making these constitutions in transitional stages from one period to another when they were overshadowed .
