الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على القرن الإفريقي ، والذي كان محط اهتمام العديد من القوى الإقليمية والدولية ، حيث يعتبر المعبر الرئيسي والشريان الرئيسي للتجارة الدولية ، وهو المدخل المركزي لنفط الخليج ، وكل هذه ساهمت العوامل في تكثيف المنافسة الدولية والإقليمية ، حيث أنها تتعامل مع بعض السياسات التي اعتمدتها القوى الكبرى في المنطقة ومساهمة التحولات الاقتصادية والاستراتيجية في العالم في تعزيز الاهتمام بالقرن الأفريقي، كمساحة لإعادة توازن القوة بين هذه القوى العظمى ، وتعزيز النفوذ وإثبات وجودها العسكري والاقتصادي This study deals with shedding light on the Horn of Africa, which was the focus of attention of many regional and international powers, as it is considered the main crossing and the main artery for international trade, which is the central entrance to Gulf oil, and all these factors contributed to the intensification of international and regional competition, as it deals with some policies Adopted by the major powers in the region and the contribution of economic and strategic transformations in the world in promoting interest in the Horn of Africa. As a space to rebalance the power between these great powers, enhance influence and prove their military and economic presence
