الملخص
الملخص: لا يزال موضوع تحقيق المخطوطات العربية وغيرها اشكالا يحتاج إلى مدارسات وحوارات علمية واعية باستمرار نظرا لما يكتنفه هذا الموضوع الحساس من أهمية قصوى وتبقى جهود الباحثين والأكادميين المهتمين بالمخطوط في حاجة إلى تقييم وتدعيم تارة وإلى تطوير وتحديث تارة أخرى. وأن جهود الباحثين العرب ظلت تترا لإحياء التراث العربي والمحافظة عليه وإخراجه إلى الناس ولكن اعداد المخطوطات في أرجاء المعمورة فاقت كل تصور وتجاوزت كل تقدير مما يؤكد أن أي تهاون أو تغافل في شأن المخطوط يعد جريمة لا تغتفر في حق تراثنا العربي وانتمائنا القومي وهويتنا الوطنية. ولكن من الانصاف أن نلتفت إلى جهود بذلت من قبل فئة المستشرقين الذين اشرأبت أعناقهم نحو تراثنا العربي وميراثنا الثقافي فطفقت تستثمر الخبرات وتكثف الجهود للاعتناء بالتحقيق والتدقيق فكان لهم منهجهم في نشر المخطوطات وانفردوا بشيئ من القواعد في هذا السياق فكانت لهم اليد الطولى والفضل الذي لا يجحد في نشر بعض النوادر من مخطوطاتنا. فقد اعتمدوا في نشرهم للنصوص العربية على القواعد الوروبية في نشر النصوص الكلاسيكية اليونانية واللاتنية وهي قواعد كانت غاية في الدقة كما وصفها بعض الباحثين. وتأتي هذه المداخلة لتميط اللئام عن تلك القواعد التي وضعها المستشرقون الألمان في تحقيق النصوص وبيان كيفيةالاستفادة منه. والوقوف على تلقي الأخر للتراث العربي وكيف تعامل معه بإنصاف أم بإجحاف؟ وما هو دور المدرسة الإستشراقية الألمانية في هذا المجال؟ وهل يمكن ان يتخذ من جهود المستشرقين ارضية لتوحيد الرؤى وتقريب وجهات النظر؟ Abstract The issue of achieving Arabic manuscripts and other forms is still a form that needs continuous scientific studies and dialogues due to the utmost importance surrounding this sensitive issue, and the efforts of researchers and academics interested in the manuscript remain in need of evaluation and support at times and to develop and update at other times. And that the efforts of Arab researchers have remained a tetra to revive and preserve the Arab heritage and bring it to the people, but the number of manuscripts around the globe exceeded every conception and exceeded every estimate, which confirms that any complacency or negligence in the matter of the manuscript is an unforgivable crime against our Arab heritage, our national affiliation and our national identity. But it is fair to turn to the efforts made by the group of orientalists whose necks were drunk towards our Arab heritage and our cultural heritage, so they invested experiences and intensified efforts to take care of the investigation and scrutiny. He published some anecdotes from our manuscripts. In publishing the Arabic texts, they relied on European rules for publishing the classical Greek and Latin texts, which were very precise rules as described by some researchers. This intervention came to separate the blame from those rules set by the German orientalists in the investigation of texts and to explain how to benefit from itStanding on receiving the other for the Arab heritage and how to deal with it fairly or unfairly? What is the role of the German Oriental School in this field? Can he use the efforts of the Orientalists as a platform to unify visions and bring points of view?
