اختبار صدق وثبات بنية مفهوم التمكين النفسي بناءاً على نموذج سبرايتزر (spreitzer) من منظور بنائي وتوكيدي.

الملخص
الملخص: استهدف البحث دراسة البنية العاملية لمفهوم التمكين بناء على مقياس سبرايتزر (Spreitzer) في سياق ثقافي مختلف عن السياق الثقافي الأصلي للمقياس. نموذج سبراتزر ينظر إلى التمكين كمفهوم دافعي يتألف من أربعة أبعاد وهي: المعنى والكفاءة الذاتية وحرية التصرف والتأثير. طبق المقياس على عمال مؤسسة الحماية المدنية بولاية وهران (586 فردا)، واستعمل التحليل العاملي التوكيدي باستخدام حزمة AMOS-22. وبناء على مخرجات التحليل العاملي التوكيدي تم تقدير الصدق التقاربي، والصدق التمايزي، وثبات المفهوم، وألفا كرونباخ. وأظهرت النتائج بأن بنية مفهوم التمكين النفسي – كما قيس بمقياس سبرايتزر- يتكون من أربعة عوامل(المعنى والكفاءة الذاتية وحرية التصرف والتأثير)، وأن هذه البنية الرباعية لمفهوم التمكين تتوفر على مطابقة جيدة للبيانات، وتتوفر على مستوى مناسب من الصدق والثبات. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمكين النفسي، نموذج سبرايتزر للتمكين النفسي، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، الصدق، الثبات. Abstract The aim of the present research is to examine the construct validity and reliability of the Spreitzer’s psychological empowerment scale administered in a culturally diverse environment from the original cultural environment. Psychological empowerment – according to Spreitzer’s theoretical model- is a motivational construct manifested in four dimensional or factorial cognitions: meaning, competence, self-determination and impact. Data were collected from 586 Civil Protection firefighters. To investigate the multidimensional nature of the empowerment construct and the validity of the scale, coNFIrmatory factor analysis was conducted using AMOS-22. Validity was assessed through convergent and discriminant validity; whereas reliability was measured via Cronbach alpha and Construct Reliability. Results showed satisfactory fit between the data and the theoretical model (corroborate the four-factor structure of the empowerment construct), and adequate level of validity and reliability of the empowerment construct.
