القول الجامع في حكم الجمعة في غير الجامع

الملخص
من المعلوم فقها أنّ يوم الجمعة يوم عيد للمسلمين يمتاز بخصائص وميزات كثيره تجعله أفضل يوم عندهم، وأكثر ما يميّز هذا اليوم هو صلاة الجمعة، فهي شعار ذلك اليوم، يجتمع فيه المسلمون ما لا يجتمعون في غيره، فيجتمعون بأجمل ثيابهم وأبهى صورهم حول خطبة تذكّرهم الله والدّار الآخرة وما ينفعهم من أمر دينهم ودنياهم، وهذا هو المعهود المعروف منذ أوّل الإسلام، إلاّ أنّه نزل بنا في وقتنا هذا ما خولف لأجله هذه السنّة المعهودة، فألمّت بنا جائحة، منعت كلّ اجتماع وتجمّع، جمعة أو غيره، فلم يدر المسلمون كيف حالهم في الجمعة بعد ذلك، فلم يكن لهم سابق عهد بذلك، فوددت البحث في المسألة، وأقوال العلماء في الجمعة وشروطها، وكيف يكون حالنا معها انطلاقا من ذلك It is well known that Friday is a holiday for Muslims, and it is characterized by many characteristics and features that make it the best day for them. What distinguishes this day is Friday prayer, which is the motto of that day when Muslims gather what they do not meet at other times, and they gather in their most beautiful clothes and their best images From a sermon that reminds them of God in it, and what benefits them from their religion and their world, and this custom is known from the beginning of Islam, but it came to us in our time that prevented this usual thing, so the epidemic came to prevent every meeting and gathering, Friday or others, so Muslims did not know how to behave during Friday prayers With this epidemic, because it is new to them, so I wanted to search W in this problem, and how do we find a juristic solution.
