الملخص
الملخص: ان الإنترنيت وكافة وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وتطبيقاتها المختلفة يمكن أن تستخدم بشكل إيجابي و مثمر ويمكن أن تستخدم بشكل سلبي ومنحرف، ولهذا تعددت صور الانحراف التي ظهرت من خلال هذه الثورة الاتصالية، سواء من خلال ظهور ممارسات منحرفة جديدة، أو إعادة إنتاج صور وممارسات منحرفة قديمة بواسطة الأدوات التي وفرتها ثورة الاتصال و المعلومات، ولعل التنمر الإلكتروني من الممارسات السلبية التي ظهرت وبرزت من خلال الاستعمال غير العقلاني لبعض الأطفال والمراهقين مع أدوات التواصل الحديثة. لقد أصبح التنمر الالكتروني مشكلة مركبة، أثارت قلق عديد من المجتمعات، نظرًا لتزايد حجم انتشار التنمر الإلكتروني بين أطفالها وتعدد صورة، وخطورة تداعياته، ولما تسببه هذه الظاهرة من شرخ في المجتمع وكسر للقوانين التي تمنع العنف وتدعوا الى الترابط الانساني بين كل الفئات المجتمعية. ولأجل ذلك كان يجب علينا الوقوف من خلال هذه المداخلة العلمية على ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني في الوسط المدرسي، لأن المدرسة هي الاسرة الثانية التي تنتج تربية سليمة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة التنمر وسماته، وذلك بهدف تزويد أصحاب الشأن بالمعرفة التي تمكنهم من مواجهة المشكلة التي يمكن أن تهدد مستقبل أطفالنا في العالم العربي. Summary The Internet and all modern means of communication and its applications can be used positively and can be used negatively, There were many images of deviation that emerged through this communication revolution Through the emergence of new perverse practices, Or the reproduction of outdated images and practices By tools provided by the communication and information revolution , Electronic bullying is .one of the negative practices that emerged from the misuse of some children and adolescents with modern communication tools Electronic bullying has become a complex problem, Has raised the concern of many societies, given the increasing prevalence of cyber bullying among their children Multiple image, and the seriousness of its consequences And caused by this phenomenon of fracture in society and breaking the laws Which prevent violence and call for human interdependence among all groups of society, We had to stop at this subject through this scientific intervention on the phenomenon of electronic bullying in the school , Because the school is the second family that produces proper breeding In addition to revealing the nature of bullying and its characteristics , In order to . provide specialists with knowledge that will enable them to face this problem that threatens the future of our children in the Arab world
