الملخص
تحتل وسائل الإعلام موقعا هاما في عصرنا الحالي، فقد أثبتت العديد من الدراسات العلمية الحديثة في مجال الاتصال السياسي، و كذا في نطاق علم السياسية . إن لوسائل الإعلام قوة مستقلة في المجتمع، و أنها تلعب أدوارا أساسية على الصعيد السياسي كما أنها تلعب دورا مؤثرا في تشكيل الرأي العام خاصة لدى جماهير الوطن العربي، إذ تعددت الأدوار التي تقوم بها في الحياة السياسية المعاصرة فوسائل الإعلام تتدخل في تشكيل مفاهيم الناس وتصوراتهم بالنسبة للحقيقة في كافة مسالك الحياة، كما أنها تقوم بتزويد وعي الشعب بالخبرات السياسية و تعمل علة لتنشئة الاجتماعية و التي من خلالها يتشكل الرأي العام في مختلف المجتمعات، و تعتلي ذروة هذه الوسائل الصحافة والإذاعة و التلفزيون وغيرها..... The media occupies an important position in our time. It has proven many recent scientific studies in the field of political communication, as well as in the scope of political science. The media has an independent force in society, and it plays basic roles at the political level, and it also plays an influential role in shaping public opinion, especially among the masses of the Arab world, as the roles that it plays in contemporary political life are numerous. For the truth in all aspects of life, as it provides the awareness of the people with political experiences and works as a cause for socialization through which public opinion is formed in various societies, and the height of these means rises to the press, radio, television, etc. .....
