الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين متغيرين كلاهما من متطلبات دولة المؤسسات الأمن بمجلاته، والمجتمع المدني بمؤسساته، فالدولة الجزائرية تدرك أهمية هذين النسقين وخاصة في دولة ما بعد المصالحة الوطنية، لأنها مرت بعشرية سوداء مست جميع الأصعدة السياسية والاقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية، وحتى البيئية، من بداية الثمانينيات ونهاية التسعينيات أي بعد التعددية والتحول الديمقراطي، في هذه المقالة نود التعرف على مؤسسات المجتمع المدني المتنوعة ومجالات ممارسة نشاطها، والتعريف بالمنظومة الأمنية على إختلاف مجالاتها، ومن ثم إبراز أهمية المجتمع المدني بإعتباره فاعل في ترسيخ المنظومة الأمنية في الدولة الجزائرية . This study came to show two variables, both of which are requirements of the state of security institutions in its magazines, and civil society in its institutions. The Algerian state understands the importance of these two formats, especially in the post-national reconciliation state, because it went through a black decade that touched all political, economic, social, cultural, and even environmental levels, from the beginning of the eighties to the end of The nineties, i.e. after pluralism and democratic transformation, in this article we would like to get acquainted with the various civil society institutions and the areas of their activities, and introduce the security system in its various fields, and then highlight the importance of civil society as an actor in consolidating the security system in the Algerian state.
