إشكالية التغطية الإعلامية للأخبار الأمنية في الجزائر The Treatment Of Media Coverage About Security News In Algeria

الملخص
أظهرت العديد من الدراسات الأكاديمية و البحوث الحديثة، أن الإعلام سواءا كان خاصا أو عموميا عند الممارسة أو التغطيات الإعلامية للإخبار المتعلقة بالجانب الأمني، أو المتعلقة تحديدا بالعمليات الإرهابية للجماعات المسلحة، بات يخلف العديد من الجوانب السلبية، إذ يثير تناول الإعلام للحدث الأمني الكثير من الجدل، خاصة و أن الصحافة و الأجهزة الأمنية، تربطهما علاقة حتمية تفاعلية و نقدية في نفس الوقت إذا تعلق الأمر بالحدث الأمني ، الصحافة بصفتها مسئولة عن التغطية الإعلامية و مسؤولية نقل الأخبار للجمهور، و الأجهزة الأمنية بصفتها المسئولة عن المواجهة من خلال محاولة تطويق الحدث و عدم الإفصاح عن أي معلومات قد تخدم الأطراف الإرهابية، و انعكاسات تلك العلاقة المتداخلة و المعقدة بين الإعلام و الأجهزة الأمنية تعود أساسا على الجمهور المتلقي . و تهدف هذه الدراسة العلمية إلى محاولة إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه التغطية الإعلامية للأخبار الأمنية ومدى تأثيرها على الجمهور المتلقي، بين من يرى أن تلك المعالجة تعتبر خدمة مجانية للجماعات المسلحة باعتبار أن هذا الجمهور المتلقي ليس بالضرورة كله مثقفا و واعيا، و رأي آخر يقر أن نقل الأحداث الأمنية إعلاميا يعتبر إسهاما كبيرا و فاعلا في الوقاية من الإرهاب و مكافحته، و رأي آخر يرى محدودية تأثير وسائل الإعلام التقليدية على الجمهور ، بحكم التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل و تعدد وسائط التواصل و نقل المعلومات . Many academic studies and recent research have shown that the media, whether private or public when practicing or media coverage of news related to the security aspect, or related specifically to terrorist operations of armed groups, has left many negative aspects, as the media’s handling of the security event raises a lot of controversy especially since the press and the security services have an inevitable, interactive and critical relationship at the same time if it comes to the security event, the press as responsible for media coverage and the responsibility for reporting the news to the public and the security services as responsible for the confrontation by trying to surround the évent and not to disclose any information that might serve the terrorist parties, and the implications of that complex and interrelated relationship between the media and the security services mainly depend on the receiving audience. This scientific study aims to try to highlight the role that media coverage of security news plays and the extent of its impact on the receiving audience, among those who see that this treatment is a free service to armed groups, given that this receiving audience is not necessarily all educated and conscious, and another opinion states that Media reporting of security events is a major and effective contribution to preventing and combating terrorism, another view believes the limited influence of traditional media on the public, due to the technological development taking place, the multiplicity of media and the transmission of information.
