دور الجزائر في حرب الاستنزاف بين النسق السياسي والفعل العسكري (الجبهة المصرية 1967-1970)

الملخص
بالعربية: إن هذه الدراسة تبرز الدور الكبير الذي قامت به الجزائر على مدى سنوات حرب الاستنزاف (1967-1970) لدعم الجبهة المصرية في مواجهة العدوان الإسرائيلي، إذ سخرت جهازها الدبلوماسي وكافة إمكانياتها الاقتصادية والعسكرية لخدمة القضية العربية والمصرية بشكل خاص، على حساب التحديات الداخلية التي تواجهها وقتئذ بسبب حداثة الاستقلال، متجاوزة في نفس الوقت كل اعتبارات أمنها الإقليمي و بعدها الجغرافي عن دول المواجهة، مقدمة بذلك مصالح الأمة العربية على مصالحها الخاصة، التزاما منها بمبادئها القومية، فالجزائر كانت تدعم الحرب في الجبهة المصرية في إطار خطة شاملة تراعى فيها حقوق الفلسطينيين المسلوبة، وشاركت وحدات الجيش الجزائري بفاعلية في معارك الاستنزاف على الجبهة المصرية، وتمكنت من إحباط معظم الهجمات الإسرائيلية الانتقامية، وإسناد القوات المصرية في الكثير من عمليات الإغارة على العدو الإسرائيلي، وبذلك ساهمت حرب الاستنزاف -ولو نسبيا- في التخفيف من آثار هزيمة 1967 من جهة، وكانت من جهة أخرى تحضيرا عمليا وطريقا لانتصار حرب أكتوبر 1973. بالانجليزية: The present study highlights the great role played by Algeria over the years of the War of Attrition (1967-1970) to support the Egyptian front facing the Israeli aggression. It used all its diplomatic apparatus as well as its economic and military capabilities to serve the Arab and Egyptian cause in particular, at the expense of the internal challenges facing it at that time and transcending all considerations of its regional security and geographical distance from the confrontational countries. This showed presenting interest in the Arab nation over its own interests, in compliance with its national principles. Algeria supported the war on the Egyptian front within the framework of a comprehensive plan that takes into account the stolen rights of the Palestinians. The Algerian army squads participated actively in attrition fights on the Egyptian front, and were able to thwart most of the Israeli retaliatory attacks supporting the Egyptian forces in many raid operations against the Israeli enemy, and thus the war of attrition contributed - albeit relatively - to mitigating the effects of the 1967 defeat. On the other hand, it was a practical preparation for the victory of the October 1973 war بالفرنسية: La présente étude souligne le grand rôle joué par l'Algérie au cours des années de la guerre d'attrition (1967-1970) pour soutenir le front égyptien face à l'agression israélienne. Elle a utilisé tout son appareil diplomatique ainsi que ses capacités économiques et militaires pour servir la cause arabe et égyptienne en particulier, au détriment des défis internes auxquels il était confronté à cette époque et transcendant toutes les considérations de sa sécurité régionale et de la distance géographique de l'affrontement. Cela montrait un intérêt marqué pour la nation arabe sur ses propres intérêts, conformément à ses principes nationaux. L'Algérie a soutenu la guerre sur le front égyptien dans le cadre d'un plan global qui prend en compte les droits volés des Palestiniens. Les escadrons de l'armée algérienne ont participé activement aux combats contre l'attrition sur le front égyptien et ont réussi à déjouer la plupart des attaques de représailles israéliennes soutenant les forces égyptiennes dans de nombreuses opérations de raid contre l'ennemi israélien, et donc la guerre d’attrition a contribué - relativement - à atténuer les effets de la défaite de 1967. D'un autre côté, c'était une préparation pratique à la victoire de la guerre d'octobre 1973
