الملخص: ﺗﺘﻨﺎول ھﺬه اﻟﻮرﻗﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺜﯿﺔ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻟﯿﺒﯿﺎ ﻣﻨﺬ ﻋﺎم 2011، ﺑﺪاﯾﺔ ﺑﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﺣﻠﻒ اﻟﻨﺎﺗﻮ اﻟﺬي ﺑﺮر ﺗﺪﺧﻠﮫ ﺑﺎﻷﻏﺮاض اﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﯿﺔ وﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﺤﺎوﻟﺔ ﻟﺘﺒﯿﺎن وﺗﻮﺿﯿﺢ اﻟﻤﺼﺎﻟﺢ اﻟﺘﻲ أرادت اﻟﺪول اﻟﻐﺮﺑﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ رأﺳﮭﺎ ﻓﺮﻧﺴﺎ وﺑﺮﯾﻄﺎﻧﯿﺎ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ وراء ﺗﺪﺧﻠﮭﺎ اﻟﻌﺴﻜﺮي. ﺛﻢ اﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺰء اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ إﻟﻰ دراﺳﺔ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ اﻟﻠﯿﺒﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﻌﻘﯿﺪ اﻟﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﻌﻤﺮ اﻟﻘﺪاﻓﻲ، ﻣﻊ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻮﺿﻰ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﺎدت ھﻨﺎك، ﺣﯿﺚ ﺻﺎر اﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺧﻄﯿﺮا ﺟﺪا ﻣﺎ ﯾﻨﺒﺊ ﺑﺎﻧﮭﯿﺎر اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ. واﻟﻮاﻗﻊ أ ّن ذﻟﻚ ﻛﺎن ﻧﺘﯿﺠﺔ ﻟﻄﺒﯿﻌﺔ اﻟﺒﻨﻰ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺗﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﺎدت ﺧﻼل اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻖ. وھﻮ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﻜﺴﮫ ﺗﻨﺎﺣﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﻔﺼﺎﺋﻞ، ﻣﺎ أدى إﻟﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻼأﻣﻦ وﻋﺪم اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺮار اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻤﺮﯾﻦ. وﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺰء اﻷﺧﯿﺮ ﻣﻦ ھﺬه اﻟﻮرﻗﺔ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺘﻄﺮق إﻟﻰ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﻲ اﻟﻠﯿﺒﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻣﻦ دول اﻟﺠﻮار ﻣﻊ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﯿﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮ، إﻟﻰ ﺟﺎﻧﺐ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﺨﯿﺎرات اﻟﻤﺘﺎﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮي، واﻟﺨﯿﺎر اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻨﻰ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻠﮫ، وﻣﺒﺮرات ذﻟﻚ. Abstract: The following paper deals with the situation in Libya since the events of 2011. It Starts with NATO’s intervention, in order to reveal the real reasons which lay behind it; thus rejecting the arguments given by the interventionists. The second part is devoted to the situation in the post-Kaddafi era, which is dominated by anarchy following the collapse of the State. In fact, this was due to the lack of modern institutions during the previous period. Consequently, the different factions in Libya nowadays are violently struggling against each other, creating an obscured climate. The last part of the paper concentrates on the repercussions of the domestic Libyan conflict on the Algerian security, and the different alternatives available to the Algerian elite to deal with them
