الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أهمية الدور التكاملي التربوي بين الأسرة والمدرسة وتأثيره في بناء شخصية الطفل، و يتناول في متنه ثلاثة محاور هي: التعريفات والمفاهيم، وظائف كل من الأسرة والمدرسة تجاه تنشئة الطفل مع ذكر لأهم الأسباب المؤدية إلى عدم تكامل الأدوار بينهما، أهمية التكامل التربوي بين المؤسستين ومدى تأثيره في تكوين شخصية الطفل مع الإشارة إلى أهم العوامل المساهمة في تفعيل هذا الدور من أجل تحقيق تربية تكاملية للطفل وصولا به إلى شخصية تستجيب لمتطلبات التحديات الحضارية التي يمكن أن تفرض نفسها على المجتمع. كلمات مفتاحية : التكامل التربوي، الأسرة ، المدرسة، شخصية الطفل، التربية. Abstract : The current research aims to identify the importance of the integrative educational role between the family and the school in developing the child's personality, and it deals with three axes in its board: definitions and concepts, the functions of both the family and the school towards the child's upbringing with a mention of the most important reasons Leading to the lack of integration of roles between them, the importance of educational integration between the two institutions and the extent of its impact on the formation of the child’s personality with reference to the most important factors contributing to the activation of this role in order to achieve an integrative education for the child to reach a personality that responds to the requirements Civilizational challenges and reforms that can impose themselves on society.
