أثر اللسان العربي في توجيه الدرس الشرعي

الملخص
: تبين من خلال هذه الدراسة البحثية الصلة اللازمة بين اللسان العربي والدرس الشرعي، وأن لا سبيل إلى تحصيل المراد الشرعي إلا من طريق اللغة العربية وأن الجهل باللسان العربي يؤدي إلى فهم مراد الشارع على غير ما أراد فيقع الخلل والزلل..ومن خلال تتبع واستقراء مثارات النزاع عند الفقهاء على اختلاف مذاهبهم نرى أن للغة وقوانينها وفنونها حضورا موسعا سواء في قسم التعبدات أو المعاملات بل حتى على مستوى الاعتقاد وهذا ما يبرز ضرورة وأهمية العلم باللسان العربي للمجتهد والدارس والباحث..
