مشاركة المواطن الصحفي في إنتاج و نشر القصص الإخبارية .. دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من الشباب المستخدمين لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية مشاركة المواطن الصحفي في عملية إنتاج القصص الإخبارية ونشرها عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من خلال تسليط الضوء على دوافع ممارسة الشباب الجزائري لصحافة المواطن ومعرفة المجالات التي يهتم بتغطيتها والوسائل والدعامات التي يعتمد عليها الشباب باعتبارهم مواطنين صحفيين في ممارسة هذا النشاط الصحفي . اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الوصفي ، مع استخدام الملاحظة والإستبانة والمقابلة كأدوات بحث علمية لجمع المعلومات من أفراد العيّنة الذين هم عبارة عن مجموعة من طلبة كلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الجزائر 3 وبعض جامعات الوطن . توصّلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها أنّ طلبة كلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال بمختلف جامعات الجزائر يمارسون صحافة المواطن باعتبارها وسيلة لتدريبهم على العمل الإعلامي والاحتكاك بالميدان باعتبارهم صحفيين في المستقبل . ناهيك عن تراجع ثقتهم في وسائل الإعلام القديمة من صحافة مكتوبة وإذاعة وتلفزيون بالإضافة إلى تمتع تطبيقات صحافة المواطن بميزة التفاعلية والآنية في نشر الخبر ومحدودية الرقابة وحريّة النشر وسهولة ومرونة استخدامها وطرحها للمواضيع الجدلية الجريئة ، ويعتمد الطلبة على هواتفهم الذكية المتصلة بشبكة الإنترنت والمزوّدة بتطبيقات وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلى رأسها الفايسبوك من أجل المشاركة في تغطية الأحداث في مجالات عديدة كتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية من خلال البحث عن المفقودين وإعانة الفئات الهشّة من المجتمع وتغطية حوادث المرور والحرائق والكوارث الطبيعية وتقلبات الطقس والمسيرات والاحتجاجات ونقل صور الفساد الإداري وحوادث السرقة والعنف والنزاعات والقيام بحملات التوعية والإرشاد وغيرها من الميادين التي تهم حياتهم اليومية كمواطنين وأفراد مجتمعات . The aim of this study is to find out how citizen journalists can participate in the production and dissemination of news stories through social media by highlighting the motivations of the Algerian youth to practice citizen journalism and knowing the areas they are interested in covering and the means and pillars on which they depend to practice this journalistic activity. In this study we used the descriptive survey methodology, using observation, questionnaire and interview as scientific research tools to collect information from the sample members who are a group of students of the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences at the University of Algiers 3 and some universities in the country. The study concluded that the students of the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences in various universities in Algeria practice citizen journalism as a means of training them in media work and contact with the field as future journalists. Not to mention the decline of their confidence in the old media of written press, radio and television, in addition to the enjoyment of citizen journalism applications interactive and real-time in spreading the news and limited censorship and freedom of publishing and ease of use and flexibility for bold controversial topics, and students rely on their smart phones connected to the Internet and equipped with applications and social networks At the forefront is Facebook to participate in the coverage of events in many areas such as the provision of humanitarian assistance through tracing and assistance to vulnerable groups in the community and coverage of traffic accidents, fires and disasters Selling and weather fluctuations, marches, protests, transfer of forms of administrative corruption, incidents of theft, violence and conflicts, and conducting awareness campaigns and guidance and other fields that concern their daily lives as citizens and members of communities.
