الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع حوكمة الجامعات في ظل تزايد الاهتمام بها سواء على الصعيد الدولي أو المحلي، ويحاول البحث دراسة أثر الحوكمة على فاعلية القرارات ومدى مساهمتها في خلق وتعزيز بيئة تعليمية ذات طابع تنافسي، إذ تمحور جوهر البحث في إلقاء الضوء على واقع الحوكمة في كلاً من جامعتي الأقصى وفلسطين في قطاع غزة من منظور مقارن، وذلك نتيجة زيادة الطلب على خدمة التعليم العالي واستجابة لمتطلبات سوق العمل الفلسطيني، وخَلُص البحث إلى ضرورة الالتزام بالقواعد والقوانين وتحقيق مزيد من الشفافية والمسئولية حتى تستطيع الجامعة الاضطلاع بدورها الرئيس، ألا وهو تقديم خدمة تعليمية متميزة حسب الخطط والبرامج التعليمية المرسومة. This research deals with the subject of universities governance, in light of increasing and interesting in it, whether an international or local. The research tries to find the Impact on the effectiveness of decisions and it's contribution in creating and promoting an educational environment with a competitive nature . The essence of research is focused on the reality of governance in both universities: Al-Aqsa and Palestine University in Gaza Strip from a comparative perspective.As a result of increased demand for higher education service in response to the requirements of the Palestinian labor market . The research is recommended the need to adhere the rules, laws and achieve greater transparency and accountability, so the university can fulfill and do it's major role in the provision of distinct educational service, according to what has been planned.
