الملخص

الهدف من الدراسة هو توضيح أهمية اعتماد الإدارة الإلكترونية من قبل المؤسسات الحكومية. الإدارة الإلكترونية هي نظام متكامل يحول العمل التقليدي إلى عمل رقمي قائم على نظم معلومات قوية تساعد على اتخاذ القرارات العقلانية 1) في أسرع وقت ممكن 2) مع تخفيض التكاليف الإدارية ، 3) ورفع جودة أدائه ، 4) و الحد من الآثار السلبية للبيروقراطية الإدارية، 6) ويمكن أن تغرس وتعزز الشفافية في الحكومة وتسهل وظائف المراجعين، 7) تسمح الإدارة الإلكترونية بإزالة الطوابير ومشكلة التواصل مع المواطنين. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إصلاح الخدمة العمومية يتطلب مشروعًا متكاملًا للإدارة الإلكترونية. The aim of the study is to demonstrate the importance of adopting e-administration by government institutions. E- administration is an integrated system that transforms traditional work into digital work based on powerful information systems that help to make rational decisions 1) as quickly as possible 2) with reducing administrative costs, 3) raising the quality of its performance, 4) And reducing administrative bureaucracye negative effects; 6) It can also impliment and reinforce transparency in governance and facilitale the auditors functions. 7) e-administration allows the elimination of queues and the problem of all communication with citizens. The study concluded that public service reform requires an integrated e-administration project
