إستراتيجية القطاع الخاص في تفعيل التنمية المستدامة: مقاربة تحليلية للاستثمار في المناطق الصحراوية؛ منطقة الزيبان نموذجا.

الملخص
إن تطوير الاستثمار الخاص من شأنه المساهمة في خلق نمو اقتصادي سريع ومتكامل؛ فقد عرفت العديد من دول العالم توجه نحو خوصصة المؤسسات العمومية،مع توسيع مكانة القطاع الخاص في النشاط الاقتصادي، وهذا لما له مزايا تميزه عن القطاع العام و التي يمكن حصرها في النقاط التالية : - تجلي ديناميكية الإبداع و روح المبادرة،مع صيغة الابتكار و التجديد وهذا للقدرة على المنافسة . - تسيير مستدام مع وجود إدارة ذات كفاءة عالية في التسيير،نظرا لاعتمادها على موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة رؤية القطاع الخاص في التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية مع إبراز أفاق تحديات القطاع للمشاركة في الاستثمار بالبني الأساسية . وسنحاول من خلال ورقتنا البحثية تحليل دور و إستراتيجية القطاع الخاص، وهذا من خلال ترقية الإستثمار في البنى التحتية وفي البنية الاقتصادية كأساس للتنمية المستدامة وإبراز أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والدور البارز الذي تلعبه في التنمية المستدامة . Our current economy is witnessing a continuous development movement that reflects the salient importance the state is waiting for from the private sector by increasing its reliance on its contributions to diversifying the economic base and accelerating its growth in order to create more jobs for citizens and increase its participation in GDP. The development of private investment will contribute to the creation of rapid and integrated economic growth. Many countries in the world have been directed towards privatization of public institutions, while expanding the position of the private sector in economic activity. This has advantages of distinguishing it from the public sector, which can be summarized in the following points : - Dynamical manifestation of creativity and entrepreneurship, with the formula of innovation and innovation and this for competitiveness. - Sustainable management, with highly efficient management, due to its reliance on efficient human resources. The aim of this paper is to study the vision of the private sector in sustainable development with its social and economic dimensions, while highlighting the prospects of the sector's challenges to the difficulty in investing in infrastructure. Through our research paper we will analyze the role and strategy of the private sector by promoting investment in infrastructure and economic structure as a basis for sustainable development, highlighting the importance of small and medium enterprises and their prominent role in sustainable development.
