الملخص

إن تأمين الأسس الطبيعية للحياة الإنسانية يتطلب نشر الثقافة البيئية و الحماية المستمرة للبيئة، من خلال مختلف ما تتضمنه التشريعات البيئية، و عن طريق الرقابة الاحتياطية ضد الأخطار البيئية على ضوء وجهات النظر الإيكولوجية و الاجتماعية، كل هذا يعتبر حاليا و على المستويين الوطني و العالمي إجراءا أساسيا لضمان مستقبل امن من المشاكل البيئية، على سبيل المثال شهادة الايزو 14000 و التي تمنح كرخصة تجارية جديدة تراعي خصوصيات الإنتاج النظيف ،كذلك تقييم الأثر البيئي للمؤسسات، كما تسعى إلى إيجاد و تطوير الإجراءات الضرورية لحماية صحة الإنسان من كافة أشكال التلوث و هذا هو أساس التنمية المستدامة. وعليه في موضوعنا سوف نعالج واقع التخطيط البيئي في الجزائر وما مدى التزام الإدارة البيئية بوضع شروط وآليات للمحافظة على البيئة. Abstract Securing the natural foundations of human life requires the dissemination of environmental culture and continuous protection of the environment, through various environmental legislation, and through precautionary control against environmental hazards in the light of ecological and social perspectives. All this is currently considered at the national and global levels Is essential for ensuring a secure future of environmental problems, for example the ISO 14000 certification, which is granted as a new trade license that takes into account the specificities of cleaner production of negative waste on the environment, As well as the assessment of the environmental impact of the institutions; It also seeks to develop the necessary and effective measures to protect human health from all forms of pollution and this is the basis of sustainable development. In our topic, we will address the reality of environmental planning in Algeria and the extent to which environmental management is committed to setting conditions and mechanisms for preserving the environment.
