الملخص

تتزايد أهمية التقييم المالي للمشاريع الاستثمارية للمؤسسة، لا سيما في ظل البيئة الأكيدة، يوما بعد يوم بسبب تعاظم دور المشاريع الاستثمارية وتعدد وتنوع الاستثمارات والمستثمرين فيها ودخولها بما يعرف بحقبة العولمة، كما أن تعاظم دور الاستثمارات في الاقتصاديات خصوصا الإنتاجية والمالية والخدماتية منها، وما رافقه من توسع هائل في الأنشطة التي تمارسها، جعل إدارة تلك المؤسسات والمستثمرين فيها بحاجة دائمة إلى معلومات ومؤشرات مالية يسترشدون بها في اتخاذ قراراتهم الاستثمارية، والتي لا تتحقق إلا بوجود معايير التقييم المالي للمشاريع الاستثمارية The importance of financial evaluation of the institution investment projects is increasing, especially in light of the assured environment, day after day due to the greater role of investment projects and the multiplicity and diversity of investments and investors in them and their entry into what is known as the era of globalization, as well as the increasing role of investments in economics, especially productivity, financial and services, and the accompanying of A tremendous expansion in the activities that it engages in, making the management of those institutions and their investors in constant need of financial information and indicators to guide them in making their investment decisions, which are only achieved through the existence of financial evaluation criteria for investment projects
