الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين في المجالس القروية في مدينة دورا Training Needs Of Workers In Village Councils In The City Of Dora

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين في المجالس القروية في مدينة دورا، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (30) من العاملين في المجالس البلدية، أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين في المجالس القروية في مدينة دورا جاءت مرتفعة جداً، وجاءت الترتيب:( الاحتياجات الإدارية، الاحتياجات الشخصية، الاحتياجات الفنية). وأثبت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند المستوى (0.05 ≥ ) في تقييم الاحتياجات التدريبية للعاملين في المجالس القروية في مدينة دورا تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: (العمل على تعزيز الاحتياجات الإدارية للإدارية للعاملين، من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية لهم لتعزيز المفاهيم الإدارية من حيث الرقابة وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة في العمل، ضرورة العمل على تلبية الاحتياجات اللازمة لاستغلال الطاقات المتاحة في البلديات والمجالس القروية لما لها من دور في تعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة فيها). The study aimed to identify the degree of training needs of workers in village councils in the city of Dura, and to achieve this the analytical descriptive approach was followed, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect initial data from the study sample of (30) workers in municipal councils, the results of the study indicated that the degree of needs The training for workers in village councils in the city of Dora came very high, and the arrangement came: (administrative needs, personal needs, technical needs). The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level(α≤ 0.05) in assessing the training needs of workers in village councils in the city of Dura due to gender variations, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study came out with several recommendations, including: (Working to enhance the administrative needs of the employees, by holding training courses for them to enhance administrative concepts in terms of oversight and employing modern technologies in the work, the need to work to meet the necessary needs to exploit the available capacities in municipalities and village councils because of their role in enhancing the quality of services provided therein ).
