دور الدافعية للإنجاز في التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة يحيى فارس بالمدية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور الدافعية للإنجاز في التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي ، تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (90) طالبا وطالبة من كلية الآداب واللغات وكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة يحيى فارس بالمدية ، توصلت الدراسة الى ان مستوى الطموح لدى افراد العينة مرتفع يفوق المتوسط الافتراضي ، اما فيما يخص متغير الدافعية للانجاز فكانت هناك فروق دالة بين وسط عينة الدراسة و الوسط الافتراضي ، ومن نتائج الدراسة أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الدافعية للإنجاز ومستوى الطموح ، وأظهر تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط أن الدافعية للإنجاز تسهم في التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي ، بنسبة 10 % من التباينات (الانحرافات الكلية في قيم مستوى الطموح ) تفسرها العلاقة الخطية أي نموذج الانحدار . Summary : This studay aims to know the role of motivation for achievement in predicting the level of ambition of the university student, the study tools were applied to a sample consisting of (90) students from the Faculty of Arts and Languages and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yahya Fares University in the city, the study concluded that the level of ambition at The individuals of the sample are higher than the hypothetical mean, but with regard to the motivation variable for achievement, there were significant differences between the mean of the study sample and the hypothetical medium, and from the results of the study also there is a correlation between the motivation for achievement and the level of ambition, and a simple linear regression analysis showed that the Afieh achievement contribute to the prediction of the level of ambition of the university student, 10% of the variations (total deviations in the level of ambition values) interpreted linear relationship any regression model.
