Résumé
L’analyse de filière est un concept qui relève d’une approche méso-économique, faisant rupture avec l’opposition entre les démarches micro et macroéconomique. L’approche filière a le mérite d’incorporer des activités qui ne sont pas prises en compte dans l’approche sectorielle et/ou l’analyse par branche. Il s’agit pour cet article d’appliquer l’approche filière sur le cas de la laiterie Hodna lait de Msila en analysant les différents acteurs de la filière lait en Algérie afin de comprendre leurs comportements et stratégies puis suggérer des solutions aux problèmes auxquels fait face la laiterie et donc renforcer sa compétitivité. Sector analysis is a concept that comes from a meso-economic approach, breaking with the opposition between micro and macroeconomic approaches. The value chain approach has the merit of incorporating activities which are not taken into account in the sectoral approach and / or the analysis by branch. For this article, it is a matter of applying the chain approach to the case of the Hodna milk factory in Msila by analyzing the different players in the milk sector in Algeria in order to understand their behaviors and strategies and then suggest solutions to the problems faced. facing the dairy and therefore strengthening its competitiveness.
