الملخص
ملخـــص: تعتبر الأسرة أحد المكوّنات الأساسية التي يقوم عليها المجتمع، والأسرة في المجتمع الصحراوي بمكوِّناتها وخاصيّة مكنوناتها تختلف عن الأسرة في المجتمعات الحضرية بخصوص العادات والتقاليد المستحكمة فيها، فالأسرة في منطقة توات باعتبارها أسرة إسلامية تخضع في بناءها إلى تعاليم الدين الإسلامي وفق الكتاب والسُنّة، ومع ذلك فهي قائمة بذاتها من حيث خطوات تأسيسها ومراحل بنائها وِفق الأعراف التي تعاقبت عليها الأجيال وترسّخ ذكرها بينهم ما تعاقبت الليالي والأيّام. و سنحاول في هذا الدراسة البحث والتنقيب عن ماهية الخطوبة والزواج في المجتمع التواتي في القرنين 18 و19م ومدى تفرُّدها واختلافها وتميُّزها عن باقي الأسر في المجتمعات الصحراوية الأخرى، فضلا عن المجتمعات الحضرية في الشمال، و لمعرفة ذلك وجب علينا الوقوف على مراحل الخطوبة ومميّزاتها، ثمّ نعرج على الزواج ومراسيمه وعاداته مع الإشارة إلى قيمة المهور التي تختلف باختلاف الفئات المكوّنة للمجتمع التواتي، مع استعراض مرحلة ما بعد بناء الأسرة، ثمّ ندرس قضية الطلاق مسلّطين الضوء على أبرز المشاكل التي كانت تُعيق استمرار الحياة الزوجية وتُهدّد كيانها. Abstract: The family is considered to be one of the basic components of society, the family in the Sahrawi society with its components and the characteristics of its components differs from the family in the urban societies in terms of the traditions and customs controlling and governing it . The Islamic family in the area of Twat is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion according to the Qur'aan and Sunnah. Nevertheless it is still standing in terms of its establishment steps and the stages of its construction according to the traditions which have undergone over generations and its name has been embeded between them over days and nights. In this study, we will try to find out about the nature of engagement and marriage in the Tawati community during the 18th and 19th century, and how much it uniqueness and distinctiveness differ from the rest of the families in the other desert communities, as well as the urban communities in the north. To have more information we ought to know the steps of engagement and its features then the marriage and its decrees and customs with reference to the value of dowries, which vary according to the constituents of the Tawati community , with a review of the post-construction of the family, then we dealt with the issue of divorce highlighting the most prominent problems that hinder the continuation of marital life and threaten its entity.
