إدراك المأموم الركعةَ إذا أدرك الركوعَ مع الإمام (دراسة حديثية)

الملخص
Abstract The issue of counting and accepting the raka'a (a prayer unit) if the worshipper was able to catch up with the imam while the imam was bowing down is still one of the most significant issues in the prayer, which is regarded as the backbone of Islam. To address this issue, the majority of scholars supported the opinion that if the worshipper was able to catch up with the imam while the imam was bowing down, the worshipper's raka'a will be counted and accepted. However, some other notable scholars like Al-Bukhari, Ibn Hazm and Ibn Khuzaymiya insisted that raka'a would never be accepted or counted unless all its pillars are fulfilled and performed: Takbeer (saying Allah Akbar), standing, reciting from Quran, bowing down and the other necessary next steps. This study concluded that the raka'a will never be accepted or counted if the worshipper was able to catch up with the imam while the imam was bowing down. This conclusion and opinion are duly supported with authentic and reliable evidence, whereas the aforementioned contradicting opinion of the majority of scholars is not duly supported and their evidence is not reliable or even strong to consider. Key words: Catching up with imam, raka'a (a prayer unit), bowing down, Quran recitation. الملخّص من المسائل المهمّة التي تتعلّق بالصلاة عمود الدين؛ مسألة إدراك المأموم الركعة إذا أدرك الركوع مع إمامه، وقد ذهب جمهور العلماء إلى أن المأموم يدرك الركعة إذا أدرك الركوع مع إمامه، بينما ذهب البخاري وابن خزيمة وابن حزم وغيرهم من العلماء إلى أنه لا يدرك الركعة إلاّ بإدراك كلّ أركانها: تكبيرة الإحرام، والقيام، وقراءة القرآن، والركوع، وما يليه إلى آخر الركعة، وقد تبيّن من هذه الدراسة أن الذي يدرك إمامه في الركوع لا تُحتسَب ركعته تلك، قامت على هذا الأدلة الصحيحة، بينما لم يكن للجمهور القائلين باحتساب تلك الركعة دليل يصلح للاحتجاج به في المسألة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدراك، الركعة، الركوع، القراءة.
