أثر عقيدة التوحيد في التنمية الاجتماعية

الملخص
أن التوحيد هو أصل الأصول ، ولأجله خلق الله الجن والإنس ، وأرسل الرسل ، وأنزل الكتب ، وهو أساس هذا الدين ، والميثاق الذي أخذه الله على الناس أجمعين ، وبدون التوحيد لا يقبل الله العمل . وهو القاعدة والأساس لقيام ونهضة هذه الأمة أفراداً ومجتمعات ، وقد جاء البحث كما يلي : المبحث الأول : أثر عقيدة التوحيد في الحث على العمل والتنمية. المبحث الثاني : السببية والتوكل وعلاقتهما بالعمل . المبحث الثالث : عقيدة التوحيد وصناعة الشخصية العاملة المتقنة . المبحث الرابع : أثر عقيدة التوحيد في الحث على العطاء والتطوع . وقد تجلى أن عقيدة التوحيد تجعل المجتمع متحابًّا ، وينطلق من عقيدة التوحيد الصحيحة الأصيلة ، وما يندرج تحتها من مبادئ وقيم تضبط الفكر ورؤية الكون والحياة ، في ضوء العبودية الخالصة لله عز وجل ، وما ينجم عنها من آثار إيجابية تنعكس على سلوك الفرد وسلامة الأمة ، إلى جانب نظم الإسلام الشرعية وأخلاقياته السامية التي عنت بالأخوة ووحدة الأمة غاية العناية . كما إن عقيدة التوحيد تعرّف الإنسان بمدى ما يملك من طاقة وقوة ، فتغرس فيه روح التوكل على الله سبحانه وتعالى ، وهي روح تحفزه على اتخاذ كل الأسباب المادية المؤدية للنجاح ، مع استحضار المعية الإلهية واستمداد العون من الله عز وجلّ . وإن نظرة الإسلام التي تعد العمل عبادة دافع قوي يدفع الإنسان إلى الإتقان في عمله والإخلاص فيه ، ويعد مقصراً إذا تقاعس أو لم يؤد واجبه على الوجه المطلوب . وأن تعاطي الأسباب لا ينافي التوكل ، بل إن التوكل من أعظم الأسباب في جلب المنافع ودفع المضار ، بل هو أقوى الأسباب على الإطلاق ، ونحن مأمورون بأن نمارس عبودية الأخذ بالأسباب ، كما نحن مأمورون بممارسة عبودية التوكل . وأنها تؤسس في الإنسان أركان الشخصية العاملة المتقنة ؛ لأنها شخصية قوية بقوة التوحيد ، أصلها ثابت وجذورها عميقة . وتثمر أعمالاً متقنة ولابد أن تتحلى هذه الشخصية الموحدة بصفات تؤهلها للعمل والإتقان فيه ومنها : القــوة ، الأمانـــة ، التوكــل ، الصبــر النشاط والجلَد التدريب والتأهيل ، حسن الصلة بالله الالتزام بالضوابط الشرعية ، عدم الانهيار حين تخيب النتائج . Summary That monotheism is the origin of the origins, and for him God created the jinn and mankind, sent the messengers, and sent the books, and it is the basis of this religion, and the covenant that God took upon all people, and without monotheism, God does not accept work. It is the basis and foundation for the rise and rise of this nation as individuals and societies. The research came as follows: The first topic: The effect of the doctrine of monotheism in stimulating work and development. The second topic: causality and trust and their relationship to work. The third topic: The doctrine of monotheism and the elaborate working personality industry. The fourth topic: The effect of the doctrine of monotheism on the urge to give and volunteer. It has been demonstrated that the doctrine of monotheism makes society loving and starts from the authentic and authentic doctrine of monotheism, and the principles and values that fall under it that control thought and the vision of the universe and life, in light of the exclusive slavery of God Almighty, and the resulting positive effects that reflect on the behavior of the individual and the integrity of the nation, to Aside from the legal systems of Islam and its sublime ethics that meant brotherhood and the unity of the umma are very caring. The doctrine of monotheism introduces a person to the extent of his energy and strength, and the spirit of trust in God Almighty is instilled in him, and it is a spirit that motivates him to take all the material causes leading to success, while evoking the divine awareness and drawing aid from God Almighty. The view of Islam, which regards work as a cult, is a powerful motivation that pushes man to perfection in his work and sincerity in it, and it is considered negligent if he fails or does not perform his duty as required. And that abuse of reasons does not contradict trust, but trust is one of the greatest reasons for bringing benefits and paying harms, but it is the strongest of all reasons, and we are commanded to practice bondage to take reasons, as we are commanded to practice bondage to trust. And it establishes in man the pillars of the perfect working personality, because it is a strong personality with the power of monotheism, whose origin is fixed and its roots are deep. It produces elaborate works and this unified character must possess qualities that qualify it for work and mastery in it, including: strength, honesty, trust, patience, activity and skin, training and qualification, good relationship with God, adherence to legal controls, and failure to collapse when results are disappointed.
