Le Divorce En Tunisie : Faits Et Causes à Partir De Quelques Indices Statistiques Et Quelques Données Empiriques

Résumé
Abstract: The present work is divided into three parts: the first deals with a theoretical approach appropriate to the topic being studied; the second tackles the quantitative approach of the phenomenon of divorce in Tunisia; finally, the third part tries to analyze the causes of divorce based on the empirical work that has been carried out previously., it has been found that, contrary to partisan tendentious rhetoric, divorce in Tunisia is not merely a default magnification of some worried quarters. Rather, its rate is much less rapid than before and than elsewhere, though the initiative to divorce is still male-dominated. This situation might be in the benefit of women; also, the divorce affects all categories of women apart to their disparity statutory and their geographical locality. In addition, the etiological analysis showed that the divorce reveals a deep tension within the couple. The origins of this tension are very complicated. Divorce, like the marriage, represent two different sides of the same problematic: the evolution of the relationship between men and women which is in permanent change in the cultural, social and economic context. ملخص: تتكون هذه الدراسة من ثلاثة أجزاء: يتمثل الأول في مقاربة نظرية ذات صلة بموضوع الدراسة، ويتناول الجزء الثاني طرحا كميا لظاهرة الطلاق في تونس، أما الجزء الثالث فقد حاولنا خلاله تحليل أسباب الطلاق بالعودة لأعمال ميدانية قمنا بها سابقا. ثبت أن حجم الطلاق في تونس –على عكس الخطب المتحيزة- ليس بالنسب المفزعة وأن سرعة تطوره أقل بكثير مما كانت عليه ماضيا، وفي أماكن أخرى. كما أن المبادرة بطلب الطلاق مازالت ذات هيمنة ذكورية على الرغم من تراجعها لصالح المرأة. كذلك الطلاق يمس كل الفئات النسائية على اختلاف وضعياتهن وانتماءاتهن الجغرافية. من زاوية أخرى أظهر التحليل "الايتيولوجي" أن الطلاق يكشف عن توتر عميق داخل الثنائي الزوجي وأن جذوره ذات طبيعة معقدة، وبالتالي، فالطلاق –مثل الزواج- وجهان لنفس الإشكالية: تطور العلاقات بين الرجال والنساء ضمن سياق ثقافي، اجتماعي واقتصادي سريع التغير.
