الملخص
يستهدف المقال تتبع مسار التطور التاريخي لنظام التوجيه والإرشاد في الوسط المدرسي بالجزائر على مدار قرابة خمسين سنة من تاريخ المنظومة التعليمية شهدت خلالها الكثير من الإصلاح والتحوير ، عبر مناقشة أهم مقاربات التوجيه وعلاقته بالعمل الإرشادي ، و التعرض بالمسح والتحليل لمراحل إصلاح نظام التوجيه والإرشاد بالمنظومة التربوية وانعكاسات ذلك على العملية التوجيهية والإرشادية مبينا خصائص كل حقبة ، ومستعرضا ابرز ما تحقق من خلال إعطاء حوصلة عن الايجابيات وبعض السلبيات المسجلة بالميدان إلى يومنا هذا . Abstract: The present article aims to highlight the historical development of guidance and counseling process in the Algerian school during the nearly 50 years of the history of the educational system in Algeria, through demonstrating the most significant guidance approaches and their relationship to the counseling activities. Also, this paper analyzes the most important stages of reforming the system of guidance and counseling in Algeria and the repercussions of the process by indicating the most important characteristics of each era. The paper, too, reviews the most prominent achievements by indicating the pros and cons listed in the field up to date.
