الأطر الدولية للمصالحة الوطنية

الملخص
National reconciliation is one of the most important mechanisms that many countries have followed in order to deal with the crises they have witnessed, which are mainly represented in internal conflicts and that have often led to disastrous results at all levels: political, economic, social and cultural. Countries tend to adopt two types of national reconciliation, the first is national reconciliation through transitional justice; the second is national reconciliation through restorative justice. The concept of punitive justice as mentioned before undermines the efforts to achieve stability and social peace. It goes on to argue that those involved in the field of transitional justice are usually from the legal background .They usually tend to adopt mechanisms of punitive justice without looking at the benefits of restorative justice, since the latter addressed many of the problems of countries. Today, it is called alternative justice.
