مؤسسات التنشئة المجتمعية وقيم النخبة السياسية

الملخص

تعد مؤسسات التنشئة المجتمعية على اختلاف مستوياتها، الوسيلة الأكثر فعالية في تلقين أفراد المجتمع القيم والمعايير التي يمكن ان توجه سلوكهم،وعلى اعتبار النخب السياسية تتشكل من المجتمع ذاته،و أن سلوكاتهم تنعكس من خلال قيامهم بأدوارهم على مستوى المؤسسات التي انتخبوا فيها،ما يعطيها أهمية نظرا لما تشكله هذه الممارسات من أهمية للمجتمع، والتي عادة ما تكون في ظاهرها تهدف إلى تلبية حاجات المجتمع وتحقيق الأهداف العامة له وعلى الرغم من أن كل النخب السياسية تسعى لذلك، إلا أن نتائج ممارساتها لا تعكس هذا التوجه، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مؤسسات التنشئة المجتمعية ودورها في إكساب هذه النخب نسقا قيميا قد يحقق الأهداف المرجوة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقة بين التفضيلات القيمية الشخصية للنخب السياسية ترتبط ارتباطا ضعيفا مع توجهاتها القيمية في أدائها لمهامها التنموية،ما يعكس محدودية دور مؤسسات التنشئة المجتمعية في بناء منظومة قيمية متكاملة تساهم في بناء نخب سياسية فاعلة في تلبية حاجات المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية. Abstract: Community education institutions at all levels are the most effective way to communicate the values and norms that can guide their behavior. Political elites form the society itself and manifest their behavior by playing their role at the level of the institutions in which they were elected. These practices are important to the community, as they generally aim to meet the needs of society and achieve its overall goals. However, even if all political elites do so, the results of their practices do not reflect this trend. This research aims to shed light on the institutions of socialization. And its role is to provide elites with a valuable framework that can achieve the desired goals. The study concluded that the relationship between the personal value preferences of political elites is weakly correlated with their value orientations in carrying out their tasks at the social, economic and political levels, reflecting the limited role of social formation institutions in building an integrated value system that contributes to building an effective political elite that meets the needs of society.
